Shift Lead
Jersey Mike’s is looking for a Shift Lead for their new Assembly Row location!
- Lead crew members during assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Work all stations including slicer, grill, register, and prep as needed
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and consistently to Jersey Mike’s standards
- Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift
- Support customer service and help resolve guest concerns in real time
