Parla XXI’s menu is a curious and whimsical departure from traditional Italian-American fare with Mediterranean influences. On the other hand, we’re not to much bothered with having a core culinary identity so long as the dishes are unpretentious and satisfying and add up to an enjoyable and sociable meal.
We take a similar approach to the cocktail program and are as happy to riff on classics as we are to come up with exciting or outlandish originals for our guests. Armed with an arsenal of over 25 varieties of bitters and over 50 house made shrubs, infusions, and tinctures, we are able to accommodate virtually any palate.
